There's just something a little odd about trying to start a blog at 11:53 PM on a Sunday, when one has school the next morning--and yet here I am, a brand-new blogger, trying to start a blog at 11:53 PM on a Sunday when I have school the next morning. Then again, I've never been one to stick with the social norm.
And now (yes, right at this very moment in time) I think you should congratulate yourself, dear reader--you've just archived into your brain the first of many facts and random tidbits you will be learning about me and my life as you read what I write and post on this blog. I guess it's only the first if you decide to continue reading the blog, though...
Anyway! Greetings, stranger. Thank you for coming to view the brand-new monstrosity that is my attempt at a blog, I do appreciate the view. My real name shouldn't matter to you unless you happen to be a random stalker, and I'm going to assume you, reader, are not one (at least, I hope you aren't). So you can just call me Baroness. Here in this blog, my posts will almost always follow one of these themes:
- Me, telling you about an interesting event that's recently happened in my pathetic, melodramatic life
- Me, writing out my thoughts in a chaotic, random post so I can "express myself" and "find a creative outlet" for my "thoughts and feelings". (That's therapy talk, by the way.)
- Me, informing you of a (most likely pointless) idea that I've had for a story or something similar and asking you for other ideas or help
- Me, reflecting on the meaning of life/the stupidity of humanity
So if any one of those things interest you (or if I interest you), by all means, follow me! Read my stuff. I don't get out much, so an internet following would be awesome. I need some more friends, you guys--friends that aren't imaginary.
